    The 2013 edition of the National Conference on Strategic Marketing Research and Technology will feature case studies, research papers and doctoral projects.

    We invite contributions in the form of case studies, research papers and doctoral projects from academics from all disciplines within the Humanities and Social Sciences, including Business Marketing.

    The themes for this edition include, but not are not limited to:

    ? Varieties of marketing cultures and impact in the areas of Human Resource Management, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management & Finance.

    ? Role of relationships and networks in marketing

    ? Marketing of co-operatives and civil society organisations.

    ? Branding & Retail

    ? Ethics & Marketing

    ? Technology application in marketing

    Doctoral Students with particular interests in research methods in the various streams of Humanities and Social Sciences are invited to attend and present their projects at the conference. The conference will have a special track for this purpose

    Either full papers or extended abstracts may be submitted. All paper submissions will be double-blind reviewed and a proceedings volume will be published.

    Excellent quality full papers may be invited for publication in the Journal of Development Research.
