On behalf of The Faculty of Engineering of Benghazi and as the conference chair, it is a great pleasure for me to welcome you to The International Conference on Electrical and Computer Engineering 2013 (ICECE 2013), which will be held in Benghazi, Libya, on March 26 through 28, 2013. ICECE is a comprehensive conference covering all the various topics of Electrical Engineering, Electronics, and Computer Engineering and will be organized in three daysWe believe ICECE2013 can have significant impacts by bringing together experts from the different and often separated fields of Electrical, Electronics, and Computer, creating unique opportunities for collaborations and shaping new ideas for experts and researchers.
