All complete papers that are accepted will be published in the congress proceedings, under an ISBN reference, on paper and on CD-ROM support. The proceedings will be submitted for indexation by Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index (ISI), INSPEC, DBLP and EI (Elsevier Index). Some extended abstracts may be invited to be developed into complete papers. Presentation can be made orally or in a poster session.Awards recognizing outstanding communications will be distributed during the congress closing session, including a best paper award, a best student paper award and a best poster award.
