CMES 2013 will bring together researchers and professionals from a broad set of materials and engineering disciplines with the aim of sharing the latest developments and advances in Civil, Material and Environmental Sciences materials, processes and systems involved in the Civil, Material and Environmental Sciences.

All accepted papers will be published on international journal " Advanced Materials Research (ISSN:1662-8985)"http://www.scientific.net/AMR, and will be indexed in the major academic databases, including EI Compendex, Thomson ISI (ISTP) , and other indexing services ( See TTP's Conference List ). The full text is online available via platform www.scientific.net . Selected excellent papers will be published on reputation EI/SCI journal.
