International Conference on Industrial Engineering and Operations Management (IEOM 2010) will be held in January 9 - 10, 2010 in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Bangladesh Society of Mechanical Engineers is organizing the conference and Islamic University of Technology (IUT), Institute of Industrial Engineers (IIE), Institute for Operations Research and the Management Science (INFORMS) are co-sponging 2010 IEOM Conference. The conference aims to provide a forum for academics, researchers and practitioners to exchange ideas and recent developments in the field of Industrial Engineering and Operations Management. The conference is also expected to foster networking, collaboration and joint effort among the conference participants to advance the theory and practice as well as to identify major trends in Industrial Engineering and Operations Management.Special transportations will be arranged among Dhaka International Airport , conference hotels and venue for convenience of the foreigners. Some sight seeing tours will be arranged also.Accepted papers will be published in the conference CD-ROM proceedings. Accepted presented papers will also be considered for publication in the special issues organized in selected International journals (International Journal of Industrial and Systems Engineering (IJISE), International Journal of Advanced Operations Management (IJAOM), International Journal of Business Performance and Supply Chain (IJBPSCM)) subject to further review.
