The 4th International Symposium on Communications, Control and SignalProcessing (ISCCSP 2010) will be held in Limassol, Cyprus. It isintended to be a forum for technical exchange amongst scientistshaving interests in these areas. The technical program will includeplenary lectures, regular technical sessions, and special sessionscovering the three major tracks.Cyprus is the third largest island of the Mediterranean. With a richhistory traced back over nine thousand years, it has been invaded andclaimed over the centuries by a fascinating mixture of civilizationsall of which have left their culture and shaped its character.Considered to be the birthplace of Aphrodite, it is a primary touristdestination blessed with natural beauty that ranges from goldenbeaches and rugged coastlines to rolling hills and forest cladmountains, dotted with picturesque villages.Prospective authors are invited to submit full-length, four pageoriginal papers in portable document format (PDF) to the ISCCSPTechnical Program Committee. All papers will be handled and reviewedelectronically. Proceedings of the Symposium will be published andprovided to attendees on electronic media.
