ICSGCE 2013 is sponsored by CRES (China Renewable Energy Society), Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (Malaysia), Offenburg University of Applied Sciences (Germany), University of Wollongong (Australia), American University of Sharjah (UAE), and CEA (China Energy Association).

All manuscripts submitted to the conference will be peer reviewed by ICSGCE 2013 TPC. All papers accepted by ICSGCE 2013 will be published in the International Journal of Smart Grid and Clean Energy (ISSN: 2315-4462; http://www.ijsgce.com).

The extended versions of some selected papers (at most 20 papers), which should contain at least 50% contents different from the conference versions, will be recommended to publish in Journal of Electronic Science and Technology (JEST, ISSN: 1674-862X; http://www.intl-jest.com) which is indexed by EI in INSPEC. JEST is also a DOAJ journal and indexed by CAS, CNKI, and so on.
