Paper Submission

ISCSCT 2009 invites authors to submit original and unpublished work. Papers should not exceed 6 pages of text using 10-point size type on 8.5 x 11 inch paper (Word Template, http://www.wcse.org.cn/isip_files/Proceeding.doc). All submitted papers (in PDF) should be written in English.
