All papers of ICNCI 2013 will be published in the Volume of Journal of Industrial and Intelligent Information (JIII) (ISSN: 2301-3745), and will be indexed by the Engineering & Technology Library, Google Scholar, EBSCO, Electronic Journals Library, CrossRef, ETLibrary, DOAJ, MELib, IndexCopernicus, and JournalSeek.

English is the official language of the conference. We welcome paper submissions.
