All papers for the ICCNS 2013 will be published in Journal of Transaction on System Engineering and Modeling (TSEM, ISSN: 2301-3818) , which will be indexed by Ulrich's Periodicals Directory, Google Scholar, EBSCO, Engineering & Technology Digital Library and Electronic Journals Digital Library.

Around 10 registered papers of ICCNS 2013 conference will be recommened to publish in China Communications (ISSN: 1673-5447; CN: 11-5439/TN),which is indexed by the SCIE (Science Citation Index-Expanded index since January 2007 and Scopus database since January 2009. Recommended papers should add at least 30% contents and will be reviewed by China Communications.
