    General Information

    Commission B\Fields and Waves"of the International Union of Ra-

    dio Science (U.R.S.I.) organizes a triennial series of International

    Symposia on Electromagnetic Theory since 1953, a complete list

    can be found on the 1st Call for Papers.

    The 2010 Symposium will be held in Berlin, Germany, August 16 {

    19. The scope of the Symposium covers all areas of electromagnetic

    theory and its applications. The working language of the Symposi-

    um is English. There will be a limited number of Young Scientist

    Awards (YSA) available for application.

    Paper Submission

    Full papers (4 double-column pages) must be submitted electroni-

    cally through the conference website www.emts2010.de, electronic
