emts2010.deGeneral InformationCommission B\Fields and Waves"of the International Union of Ra-dio Science (U.R.S.I.) organizes a triennial series of InternationalSymposia on Electromagnetic Theory since 1953, a complete listcan be found on the 1st Call for Papers.The 2010 Symposium will be held in Berlin, Germany, August 16 {19. The scope of the Symposium covers all areas of electromagnetictheory and its applications. The working language of the Symposi-um is English. There will be a limited number of Young ScientistAwards (YSA) available for application.Paper SubmissionFull papers (4 double-column pages) must be submitted electroni-cally through the conference website www.emts2010.de, electronicpaper submission will be open October 15, 2009. Submissions andapplications for the Young Scientist Award must be received byJanuary 15, 2010, and all other submissions by January 31, 2010.Further instructions for paper preparation, electronic submission,and the YSA application will be available on the website.
