All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the PC. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted paper will be published in to proceeding,which will be indexed by Engineering & Technology Digital Library, ProQuest, Crossref and Google Scholar.

SUBMISSION METHODS:

Prospective authors are invited to submit their draft paper by Easychair System (https://www.easychair.org/account/signin.cgi?conf=isise2013 ) or to isise2013gmail.com before June 25, 2013. The submitted paper can be in MS WORD format or PDF format.
