    ICCE2013 is the 2nd in a series of annual online events organized by Fundamental Studies on Engineering Sciences Organization (FSESO) designed to provide an opportunity for academicians and specialists in the international civil community, to meet peers in Malaysia to have exchanges on the latest developments in emerging technologies, as well as progress in civil services.

    All original papers that have not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere will be considered.

    Papers must be submitted within the stipulated time (25 October 2013) and electronic submission in PDF & Word formats is required. The page limit for a full-length paper is 6 pages. All submissions should be in the ASCE 8.5 two-column format. Papers should contain up to 5 keywords. Papers will be evaluated for originality, significance, clarity, and soundness, and will be reviewed by at least three

    independent reviewers.
