IOCME2013 is the 2nd in a series of annual online events organized by Fundamental Studies on Engineering Sciences Organization (FSESO) designed to provide an opportunity for academicians and specialists in the international mechanical community, to meet peers in Malaysia to have exchanges on the latest developments in emerging technologies, as well as progress in standards, services and applications in mechanics systems.All original papers that have not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere will be considered.Papers must be submitted within the stipulated time (25 October 2013) and electronic submission in PDF & Word Formats is required. The page limit for a full-length paper is 6 pages. All submissions shouldbe in the ASME two-column format. Papers should contain up to 5 keywords. Papers will be evaluatedfor originality, significance, clarity, and soundness, and will be reviewed by at least three independentreviewers.Prospective authors are invited to submit full paper via the following email:info
