    Call For Papers - CFP

Overview : Accountability is the state of being accountable, liable and answerable -to report, explain, justify and responsibility. Many people have moved from planning to reactive in this very fast paced workplace.

Time management issues seem to be on the forefront of many people's thinking. If they take a time management course, then their problems would be lessoned. Accountability practices - creating a format for accounting for time; people; resources; budgets; and performance eliminates the need for the traditional time management training. People and systems operate well when they are accountable to outcomes.

Why should you attend: If you feel like you have lost track of managing well in your priorities; people or projects, this webinar is for you. Find out where you are spending your resources and why accountability will immediately highlight what is most important in planning, people and performance management. Time does not need to be managed, resources need to be managed. With the use of and interruption of technology, resources and people are less well observed, managed and directed.

The skill needed is management of what is most important to complete; what, how, why, when, and how through the detailing of what creates successful results and maximizing profits. Learning the skill of applying accountability practices to ALL processes and people results in timely outcomes and increased confidence and leadership skills.

    Areas Covered in the Session:

What is the clear method and definition of accountability and why it works

Case study feedback on how it has been applied and the resulting successes
