After several years’ preparation, we are happy to announce that The International Symposium on Social Sciences (TISSS 2014) will be held in Hong Kong. TISSS 2014 provides a mean to bring together a wide audience of academicians and professionals around clearly circumscribed topics, engage participants in fruitful debate, and facilitate mutual understanding. The conference is also to provide a place for academicians and professionals with inter-disciplinary/multi-disciplinary interests related to Social sciences to meet and interact with members inside and outside their own particular disciplines. The conference is also intended to establish a network among the researchers within the region. The conference will highlight on research topics that cover every discipline in all fields of social science, economics and management. The conference topic areas especially focus on such disciplines as cultural studies, Economics, Behavior Studies, political sciences, media and communication, psychology and human development, etc.The International Symposium on Social Sciences (TISSS 2014) aimed at presenting current research being carried out in that area and scheduled to be held December 29-31, 2014 at Hong Kong. The idea of the conference is for the scientists, scholars, and students from the Universities all around the world and the industry to present ongoing research activities, and hence to foster research relations between the Universities and the industry. He received his B.S., M.S, and Ph.D. in Seoul National University. His major research areas include the Supply Chain Management and the Service Operations Management, with the analytical and the experimental methods. He is a board member of Korean Operations Research and Management Science Society(KORMS), Korean Production & Operations Management Society(KOPOMS), and Korean Society of Supply Chain Management(KSCM). In addition to the academic researches, he has been executing consulting projects on the public informatization policies and guidelines to the government and public agencies including Ministry of Security and Public Administration(MOSPA), Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning(MSIP), National Information Society Agency(NIA).Submission formatFor full papers, the content should include titles, abstracts, keywords in English, methodologies, results and references.
