The 2010 International Conference on Management Sciences and Emergency Management (ICME 2010) will be held on July 17~19, 2010 in Beijing, China. This conference will bring together the top researchers from Asian Pacific nations, North America, Europe and around the world to exchange their research results and address open issues in Management Sciences and Emergency Management.All submissions will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. Submissions will be chosen based on technical merit, interest, applicability, and how well they fit a coherent and balanced technical program. All accepted papers will also be published in the conference proceeding by IEEE and papers accepted will be indexed by EI Compendex and ISTP.
