CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS

The International Refereed Conference Proceedings will be blind peer reviewed by two competent reviewers. The post conference proceedings will be submitted to be indexed in the Thomson Reuters, CiteSeerX, Google Books and Google Scholar for possible Indexing.
