    Call For Papers - CFP

    Participants wishing to make a presentation on the results of their recent research are cordially invited to submit a paper according to the following instructions. Accepted papers will be presented in either oral or poster sessions. Items to be submitted and instructions are as follows:

    1. Abstract

    Deadline: October 31, 2009 November 30, 2009

    Submission: Only on-line submission. No fax and e-mail submission will be accepted.

    Format: Prepare a one-page abstract in A4 size as a PDF file. It should contain the presentation title, names of authors and abstract text (150-250 Words) and should be made using the template.

    On the on-line submission form, you will also be requested to fill in the Topics that you think are applicable to your abstract from among the items listed in the "Topics" below. You should also indicate the type of presentation you prefer (either oral or poster).

    Results of review will be notified via e-mail by January 31, 2010 with the instructions for preparing full papers. Upon acceptance of the abstract, authors are expected to make registration for participation.

    2. Manuscripts for Proceedings

    Deadline : March 15, 2010

    Submission: Only on-line submission. No fax and e-mail submission will be accepted.

    Format: Prepare A4 size up to 6-page paper as a PDF file. Detailed instructions and templates will be available on this website at a later date.

    Proceedings: The proceedings will be published as a CD at the first day of the conference.
