    The Third International Symposium on Intelligent Informatics (ISII2010) will be held on September 5-7, 2010, in Dalian, China, which is organized by ICIC International, Dalian University of Technology and Dalian University (China), and sponsored by Dalian Maritime University (China), Yanshan University (China), QinHuangDao Yanda Intelligent Informatics Inc. (China), Dalian Science Communication Institute (China), Tokai University (Japan), SOFT Kyushu Chapter (Japan) and Qiming Information Tech. Co. Ltd. (China).

    ISII2010 is a continuation of ISII2008 (held in Kumamoto, Japan, December 12-13, 2008) and ISII2009 (held in QinHuangDao, China, September 13-15, 2009). The aims of the symposium are to enhance international academic exchanges on related topics and to provide a chance for communications among researchers.

    All of accepted papers presented at ISII2010 will be recommended for possible publication in ICIC Express Letters (indexed by Ei Compendex, Scopus, INSPEC, etc.).

    In addition, a part of excellent papers presented at ISII2010 will be selected for possible publication in International Journal of Innovative Computing, Information and Control (indexed by SCI, Ei Compendex, Scopus, etc.) after significant extension and re-review.
