The First International Symposium on Information Management (ISIKM2010) will be held on September 5-7, 2010, in Dalian, China, which is organized by ICIC International, Dalian University and Dalian University of Technology, sponsored by Dalian Maritime University (China), Yanshan University (China), QinHuangDao Yanda Intelligent Informatics Inc. (China), Dalian Science Communication Institute (China), Tokai University (Japan), SOFT Kyushu Chapter (Japan) and Qiming Information Tech. Co. Ltd. (China).The aims of the symposium are to enhance international academic exchanges on related topics and to provide a chance for communications among researchers. All of accepted papers presented at ISIKM2010 will be recommended for possible publication in ICIC Express Letters (indexed by Ei Compendex, Scopus, INSPEC, etc.).
