The 10th international symposium hosted by the Institute for Sustainable Leadership is taking place in Dubrovnik, a stunning location on the Dalmatian Coast in Croatia. Academics, managers and practitioners seeking alternatives to business-as-usual come together to share current research findings and gather fresh insights into sustainable leadership practices at this conference. Sustainable Leadership incorporates those behaviours, practices and systems that create enduring value for all stakeholders of organizations including investors, the planet, other species, future generations, customers, suppliers and local communities.Papers are called for on diverse relevant topics including:? new perspectives on sustainable leadership? applications and case studies? critical perspectives? challenges in applying sustainable practices, including in the supply chain? changing mindsets and behaviors? specific sustainable leadership practices? and the cultural relevance of sustainable practices.? Special topic 2015: sustainable tourism.Abstracts (100-200 words) are due by 15 December, 2014.Accepted abstracts can be developed into full papers for double-blind refereeing, due 1 February, 2015. Refereed papers are presented at the conference and published in the conference proceedings.
