    In its 36th session, in 1981, the United Nations General Assembly decided "to devote a specific time to concentrate the efforts of the United Nations and its Member States, as well as of the whole of mankind, to promoting the ideals of Peace and to giving positive evidence of their commitment to peace in all viable ways." By unanimous vote, Resolution 36/67 was adopted establishing the International Day of Peace (IDP). Since that each year on 21 September international day of peace is celebrated worldwide.

    In this context the European Scientific Institute, ESI as affiliated institution with the UN Academic Impact (http://academicimpact.org/currentmemberlist.pdf) and proven supporter of the ten basic principles of this program together with its partner Center for Law and Economic Studies, University of the Azores, Portugal have decided to give their contribution to this day by launching the Multidisciplinary International e-Conference dedicated to the world peace day.

    Taking into consideration the increasingly popular process of “Universities Internationalization”, the Forum will unite the scientists of the whole world, who by presenting their scientific attainments in various academic areas, will contribute to the development of the scientific thought. Promoting the Interdisciplinary concept, papers in all academic areas are welcome.

    The event supports and promotes the open access policy by publication of its scientific discoveries. The scientific explorations obtained by this conference will be published in the prestigious European Scientific Journal, ESJ - International journal with Index Copernicus Impact Factor, ICV, 2011 = 5.09.
