PULICATION

All full paper submissions will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. English is the official language of the conference. We welcome paper submissions. Prospective authors are invited to submit full (and original research) papers which is NOT submitted or published or under consideration anywhere in other conferences/journal.

The topics of ICOIP 2015 will cover all areas encompassing Optoelectronics and Image Processing. All papers will be reviewed by two or three experts from the IPC. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers after proper registration and presentation, will be selected to be published in one from those two journals as below:

WIT Transactions on Information and Communication Technologies (ISSN: 1743-3517), which will be indexed by EI Compendex, Scopus and ISI.

JOIG Journal of Image and Graphics (ISSN: 2301-3699), which will be indexed byUlrich's Periodicals Directory, Google Scholar, EBSCO, Engineering & Technology Digital Library and Electronic Journals Digital Library.
