Indian Academicians and Researchers Association is organizing an International Conference on Paradigm Shifts in Management, Technology and Social Sciences on 17th January 2015. The conference will provide a platform to Research Scholars, Practicing Managers, and Academicians to publish high quality research work in the areas of Business Management , Commerce and selected areas of Social Sciences. Its aim is to promote research education worldwide and to establish acquaintances. We invite research papers/case studies from Academicians, Researchers, Business Leaders, Experts and Executives from industry to submit original and unpublished work for the conference. Last date of submitting the full length paper is 08th January 2015

All accepted papers will be published in International Journal with ISSN. The conference will award “Best Paper Awards” in two categories i.e. Professional / Academicians and Research Scholar. All authors whose paper has been accepted are eligible for this award.
