    We warmly welcome you to International Conference on Food Safety and Nutrition 2015 which will be held on 22nd& 23rd May in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The main objective of the International Conference on Food Safety and Nutrition is to provide a platform for researchers, scholars, academicians as well as industrial professionals from all over the world to present their research results and development activities in Food Security and Nutrition. ICFSN 2015 will bring together leading Nutrition researchers and Scientists in Food Safety and Nutrition from around the world. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration. In advance, all the submitted full papers will be included in the conference proceedings CD and proceeding book. Submitted conference papers will be reviewed by scientific committee of the Conference.
