    In the food industry, allergen control procedures and the documentation accompanying allergen programmes are often in place, but carrying out an inspection in the food plant reveals a very different pictures. Thus, what is written in the allergen control programme is not necessarily what is actually being done at the factory level. Therefore, the objective of this webinar is to discuss the best practices and pre-requisite programmes that will effectively bring about the control of allergens, and the practical point of view.
