ICWL is an annual international conference on web-based learning. The first ICWL was held in Hong Kong in 2002. Since then, it has been held in Australia (2003), China (2004), Hong Kong (2005), Malaysia (2006) United Kingdom (2007), China (2008), and Germany (2009). The 9th ICWL event will be held in Shanghai, the largest city in China full of culture and scenery. This conference aims at providing an in-depth study of the technical, pedagogical, as well as management issues of Web-based learning. ICWL 2010 will bring together educators, researchers, technologists and implementers of Web-based learning from around the world to discuss the state of the art in this area.
The technical program will feature keynote addresses, tutorials, special sessions, panels, Demonstrations, in addition to technical presentations of refereed papers. We cordially invite you to submit your work in one or more of above forms for, but not limited to, the following areas:
