PSCare15 intends to provide thestate-of-the-art technologies in the broad areas of privacy andsecurity techniques in healthcare to industry, researchers,physicians, engineers, and students. PSCare15 will be held in Berlin,Germany (27-30 September 2015) in conjunction with the 5thInternational Conference on Current and Future Trends of Informationand Communication Technologies in Healthcare (ICTH-2015 ).All PSCare15 accepted papers will be included in the conferenceproceedings published by Elsevier Science in the open-access ProcediaComputer Science series on-line. Procedia Computer Sciences is hostedon www.Elsevier.com and on Elsevier content platform ScienceDirect(www.sciencedirect.com), and will be freely available worldwide. Allpapers in Procedia will also be indexed by Scopus (www.scopus.com) andEngineering Village (Ei) (www.engineeringvillage.com). This includesEI Compendex (www.ei.org/compendex). The papers will contain linkedreferences, XML versions and citable DOI numbers. All accepted paperswill also be indexed in DBLP (http://dblp.uni-trier.de/

All papers accepted for PSCare15 will be included in the ICTH-2015proceedings, which will be published by Elsevier. The number of pagesfor workshop papers is limited to 6 pages.The submitted paper must be formatted according to the guidelines ofProcedia Computer Science, Elsevier. Allaccepted papers will be scheduled for oral presentations and will beprinted in the conference proceedings published by Elsevier Science inthe open-access Procedia Computer Science series on-line.
