    On behalf of the IACP 10th Asia Pacific Executive Policing Conference Organizing Committee, it is a great pleasure to invite you to participate in the Asia Pacific Executive Policing Conference of the IACP, which will be held in Taipei from March 29 to 31, 2009. We are delighted to host our law enforcement colleagues from around the world, and I trust that your stay here will be both professionally rewarding and personally enjoyable.

    The conference, with the theme ¡°Trends and Challenges in Combating Transnational Crime,¡± will focus on current issues of vital concern to the entire Asia Pacific region law enforcement community. World-renowned experts will be invited to share their knowledge and information through seminars and speeches. At the same time, this event also provides a wonderful opportunity to share experiences and exchange ideas with colleagues.
