    Call For Papers - CFP

Tourism is one of the key sectors of the world economy today. Tourism continues to be an unstoppable force and a key driver of the global economic recovery after 2009 economic crisis. International tourism capped off 2014 with record numbers, growing 4.4% to reach 1,135 million tourists that crossed international borders during the year.

Yet, tourism´s record growth is not merely absolute numbers. Tourism´s continued progress and expansion represents an effective solution for many of the world´s greatest challenges. Indeed, few sectors are as strategically positioned as tourism to contribute decisively to job creation, poverty alleviation, environmental protection, and economic growth. Tourism´s increasing relevance on the development agenda comes at a critical turning point as we shift from the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) into the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the new blueprint for global development. The new agenda is transformative, people-centered and with bold and ambitious targets.

4th International Conference on Hospitality and Tourism Management (ICOHT), focus on promote tourism as a driver of economic growth, inclusive development and environmental sustainability and a global solution for a better future for the planet.
