Prior to entering higher education, Dr. Joy Kutaka-Kennedy had

extensive experience in teaching students from pre-school through

high school in regular education, gifted education, at-risk

education, and special education. She has taught in higher

education for the past eleven years, with her current focus

emphasizing innovation in online pedagogy. She has given numerous

national and international presentations on group collaboration

with individual accountability with the recent addition of

creativity in the online venue.
