MCMC 2016 aims to bring together innovative academics and industrial experts to delve into the fields related to Multi-lingual Computer as well as the Communication and other application mediated through or by it. In order to bring it to a common forum, and to promote its research, developmental activities, and information interchange, we would like to invite researchers, students, and practitioners working all around the world to join the conference, making it an ideal platform for people to share views and experiences in the related areas.

Topics of interest for submission can be found at http://www.icmcmc.com/cfp.html. All registered full papers for MCMC 2016 will be published in the International Journal of Information and Education Technology (IJIET) (ISSN: 2010-3689), International Journal of Future Computer and Communication (IJFCC) (ISSN: 2010-3751), or other journals depending on their topics, and will be included in the Google Scholar, Engineering & Technology Digital Library, EI (IET Inspec), DOAJ, Crossref, etc.

Authors who wish to publish their paper as well as to give a presentation should submit the FULL PAPER before the submission deadline announced on the website. Presenters who only wish to give a presentation on their research need to submit at least the abstract before the deadline. We also welcome listeners to join the discussion.
