Within the framework of the 2016 39th International Conference on Telecommunications and Signal Processing (TSP - http://tsp.vutbr.cz/) held during June 27-29, 2016, Vienna, Austria we invite you to present your latest research results related to the description, design, and/or implementation of fractional-order systems with possible utilization in following innovative areas:

- Fractional calculus and mathematical models

- Signal processing by fractional-order function blocks

- Fractional-order circuits’ synthesis and analysis

- Application of fractional-order systems
