Continuing Engineering Education (CEE) has been transformed significantly with rapid development in various delivery means as well as variations in demands from industries in many parts of the world. The central theme for 12th IACEE 2010 is “Education without Borders - Continuing Engineering Education in a Globalized Environment”.
The major issues/topics to be discussed at WCCEE 2010 include:
    1. The role of CEE in addressing grand engineering challenges
    * CEE in sustainable development and growth

    Abstract Submission
Papers for oral and poster presentations will be selected based on a one-page abstract. Abstracts submitted should include the title of paper, authors’ names and affiliations. A template of the abstract can be downloaded from the conference website. Abstract should be submitted on-line by 15 March 2010. The official language of this conference is English.
IACEE - from which SEFI is a founding member - strongly encourages authors to submit a full manuscript describing their work for inclusion in the conference proceedings. However, IACEE recognizes this may not be possible for some individuals (eg industry participants) so we will allow an extended abstract (not more than 2 pages) in place of a full paper when needed.
