Organized by the Multiple Intelligences (MI) Institute and Beijing Institute of Education, the MI World Symposium aims to create a platform for international MI experts and practitioners to share their knowledge and experience with educators and practitioners in Asia.The 2010 MI World Symposium is the first of many to come. Our key note presenter for each day is Dr. Howard Gardner, who will speak about MI theory as well as his current work, Good Work. Presenters will represent MI practices in Singapore, China, the U.S., India, and Europe and will share MI applications in diverse contexts, including early childhood, elementary, and secondary education; vocational education, school management, curriculum design, and professional development. The two-day Symposia will address two strands: research and scholarship, and Multiple Intelligences in Practice.
