Types of Presentation:

1. Oral presentation: Two papers in each session and each paper will be allocated

25 minutes for presentation followed by a joint discussion period

of 10 minutes.

2. Poster presentation: Post presenters will be provided with a poster board to which they can

affix the summary of their work.

Paper Submission Guidelines:

1. Abstracts should be about 250 to 300 words; full papers should be single-spaced with a

maximum of 15-pages in length.

2. Paper Size: A4 with margins of 2.50cm on each side.

3. Headings: Times New Roman, font size 14. Main text: Times New Roman, font size 12.

4. Prepared as Microsoft Word document based on APA 6th edition format.

5. Email Subject: 2016 International Conference on English for Specific Purposes-

Name, Title of Paper

6. Submission: Submissions of abstracts and submission forms should be sent to stut.ae.espgmail.com.
