    Overview:

This webinar will offer insight into 29 CFR 1904 regulations regarding recordkeeping as well. Attendees will learn to distinguish between what is an OSHA recordable incident and what is not recordable.

    Why Should You Attend:

OSHA recordkeeping can be a source of much distress for health administration, due to the complex nature of injuries and losses. Many of the fines for incorrect occupational safety recordkeeping are over $1,000. Therefore, the employer must be aware of what types of items gets recorded in the OSHA 300 and 301 logs.

Additionally, incorrect log entries can increase the Total Recordable Injury Rates (TRIR) which in turn will increase the Experience Modification Rating (EMR/Emod). A higher EMR will translate to a higher worker’s health and safety premium.
