    IDEA sets the groundwork for the IEP process. The Federal Government has established the process and guidelines for child IEP. There are variations for implementation between states and districts within the state.

    Interpretation of guidelines causes variations. How to ensure that your school is compliant, providing the best Individualized Education for your students, but not providing things which are not needed.
