ACC is a World Congress in Applied Computing,Computer Science, and Computer Engineering . The purpose of the conference is to bring together researchers and developers from academia, industry, and government to advance computer science, computer engineering and applied computing. ACC 2010 will be held in Shenzhen, China, April 17-18, 2010. ACC 2009 has been held on August 8-9, 2009, Sanya, China. All ACC 2009 Paper has been indexed by ISTP Now.

The aim of 2010 ETP/IITA World Congress in Applied Computing,Computer Science, and Computer Engineering (ACC 2010) is to bring together researchers working in many different areas of Computing,Computer Science, and Computer Engineering to foster international collaborations and exchange of new ideas.

We are pleased to invite authors to submit their papers to ACC 2010, addressing issues that serve present and future development of the field. All accepted papers will be included in ACC 2010 Proceedings with the publishing House by Engineering Technology Press, with ISBN which will be indexed by ISTP(ISI Proceedings). Selected papers will be published by EI Compendex Journal, Springer,and so on.

Each of these topic areas is expanded below but the sub-topics list is not exhaustive. Papers may address one or more of the listed sub-topics, although authors should not feel limited by them. Unlisted but related sub-topics are also acceptable, provided they fit in one of the following conference areas:
