    The Centenary World Conference forms part of the Centenary Celebrations of The Textile Institute ? TI 100 and will provide an excellent platform for discussion and networking.

    The guiding theme for the conference will be ‘creating a global vision for textiles, clothing and footwear’.

    Areas to be highlighted include the following:

    Smart Materials and Wearable Technology

    Manufacturing Processes

    Papers on relevant topics outside the above areas will also be considered.

    Submission of Abstracts for Oral and Poster Presentations

    Titles for proposed papers, with a 200 word abstract / synopsis, should be submitted no later than 6 April 2010. Submissions received after this date will not be given primary consideration. Abstracts should be submitted electronically in MS word format and sent by email to the conference organisers: papersattiworldconference.org

    Papers are accepted from the author(s) on the basis of attending the conference at the appropriate delegate rate.
