    Call For Papers - CFP

Data Analysis Based on User-Generated Content

    ADBIS 2010 Workshop

User-generated content (in different form ? textual, pictorial, audio, video, etc) provides semantically rich collections of well-organized and more or less structured data that may be used for analysis of other date in the Internet or elsewhere. Semantic richness of some kinds of user-generated content (e.g. Wikipedia) allows to extract from this different forms of knowledge that later may be used directly or for intelligent processing of other data. The goals of the workshop are:

to estimate current state of art in this area,

to discuss known problems and possible ways to solve them,

    to consider possible application areas,

to estimate a level of relationship with other areas such as Semantic Web.

Accepted papers of the workshop are to be published as a local proceedings to be distributed at the ADBIS 2010 conference. Best papers will be selected and proposed to be published in one of respective journals of the Association for Computing Machinery.
