The International Conference on Optoelectronics and Image Processing (ICOIP 2010) will be held from Nov 11th to 12st, 2010 in Haikou, China. ICOIP 2010 will provide a highlevel international forum

for scientists, engineers, and educators to present the state of the art of optoelectronics and Image processing and their applications in diverse fields.
