Call For Papers - CFP
This workshop covers the area of wireless ad hoc and sensor networking, from physical issues up to application aspects. In particular, it will cover physical, data link, network and transport layers, as well as applications, security, simulation and power management issues in sensor, local area, personal, and mobile ad hoc networks. We also solicit papers that deal with recently introduced issues such as multi-hop scenarios, cognitive communications, energy efficiency and green networking. The workshop will address all issues related to sensor networks, vehicular access networks, and other emerging ad hoc wireless networks, including (but not limited to) the following:Novel applications of ad hoc and sensor networksPhysical layer of ad hoc networksPervasive and wearable computingOpportunistic spectrum access in ad hoc networksIEEE 801.11x, 802.15.x and other types of medium access controlMethods and tools for ad hoc networks simulationAnalytical, mobility and validation models for ad hoc networksHybrid networks and wireless internetSecurity in ad hoc and sensor networksData management issues, query processing, and data delivery in sensor networksRouting, broadcasting and multicasting in ad hoc networksEnergy-efficient protocols for ad hoc and sensor networksGreen communications in the context of ad hoc and sensor networksQuality of service in medium access control and routingTopology construction and maintenanceInformation processing in sensor networks and systems
