2010 International Conference on Computer and Information Application (ICCIA 2010) will be held in Tianjin, China during December 3-5, 2010. The aim of ICCIA 2010 is to provide a platform for researchers, engineers, academicians as well as industrial professionals from all over the world to present their research results and development activities in Computer and Information Application. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration. Submitted conference papers will be reviewed by technical committees of the Conference.ICCIA 2010 is co-sponsored by Tianjin Polytechnic University and IACSIT, and technical co-sponsored by IEEE, Tianjin University, Nankai University, Tianjin Normal University, Tianjin University of Technology, Tianjin University of Science & Technology.The conference proceeding will be published by IEEE, which will be included in the IEEE Xplore, and will be indexed by EI Compendex and ISI Proceeding (ISTP).
