ICCE 2011 being organized by blind peer reviewed indexed international

journal " Research Journal of Chemistry and Environment " having impact

factor 0.323 at Port Dickson, MALAYSIA from May 27-29, 2011 to celebrate

year 2011 as International Year of Chemistry IYC.

Our blind peer reviewed international quarterly journal "Research Journal of

Chemistry and Environment (ISSN 0972-0626) is published regularly since

last 15 years. Its impact factor is 0.323. Our journal is indexed and

abstracted in

Chemical Abstracts,

Science Citation Index Expanded (SciSearch®),

SCOPUS and

Journal Citation Reports/Science Edition.

All our preparations are going well to make the congress a grand success.

All abstracts received by us will be published in Book of Abstracts. CD will

be issued to each registered delegate of 5th ICCE 2011. Papers received by

us till due date have been sent to two experts for blind peer review as per

norms of our international journal "Research Journal of Chemistry and

Environment". Papers are under review and approved papers will be published

in June 2011 issue of "Research Journal of Chemistry and Environment". No

correspondence will be entertained regarding approval or rejection of

papers. We will provide CD of June 2011 issue at conference venue. For

publication in June issue, we will publish those approved papers whose

registration fees has been received by us. We will also give preference to

authors who are coming to Malaysia to participate in our conference. Hard

copies of Book of Abstract and June 2011 issue of journal wont be provided

at conference. Those who want to have hard copies should inform us and we

will send by post after the conference in month of June 2011 from India.

One can participate in conference even without paper. Registration fee

includes Conference Bag, Admission to technical sessions, Lunch and Coffee

breaks for three days, two dinners including one gala dinner and two musical

evenings at Port Dickson, MALAYSIA. Hotel and travel expenses from your

place to venue and back will have to be borne by you or by your Institute.

We need your co-operation immediately on following points:

1. Please let us know clearly whether you are coming to Port Dickson,

Malaysia to participate in conferene or not.

If yes, please let us know your arrival and departure dates, timing along

with name of airlines. If you need any car/taxi, then let us know so that we

may ask Glory Beach Resort to make arrangements for your pick up and drop on

payment basis. Glory Beach Resort is one hour drive by car from Kualalumpur

International Airport. ICCE wont make any arrangements for pick up and drop.

If no, then please let us know.

2.If you are joining our tour of Malaysia and Singapore after conference,

please say Yes or No. We will take care of those who are joining our tour.

3. We have received your abstract. Please let us know how will you like to

present it- as poster or as full paper oral presentation. If as poster, then

bring your poster as per instructions and put it at conference venue on 27th

May 2011 near main conference hall. Posters will be displayed for two days-

27th and 28th May 2011.

If you are making oral presentation, then you have to present it as power

point presentation and do the needful accordingly.

4. At our website http://www.chemenviron.net/ICCE/index2.htm if you click

Paper/ Abstract Received, please see your name, title of paper, address.If

all are correct, please inform us all are correct. If any mistake is there,

please rectify it and inform us immediately. Any information received after

20th April will not be entertained.

5. If you have paid registration fees, please inform us details again -

date, amount, bank details, your country. If you are fellow member, please

inform us that you are fellow member. Fellow members are exempted from

paying registration fees of congress.

6. If you are accompanied by someone, please inform his/her name along with

passport number. If accompanying person is taking part in conference, please

inform us. If you have paid for his/her registration fees, please inform the

details. If you have not paid for accompanying person registration fees,

please pay it now.

7. If you need accommodation at Glory Beach Resort from 26th to 29th May

2011, please contact us immediately. We have reserved full hotel and we have

enough number of rooms. We will make reservation for you and you can pay for

hotel when you come to Malaysia otherwise people residing in Malaysia can

pay in Malaysia. Those who are residing in India, should pay by draft before 30th April 2011. In any case, please inform us about accommodation before

30th April 2011. Even if you wish to stay for one or two nights, you will

have to pay for three nights.

Glory Beach Resort offers apartments to our registered delegates (who have

paid registration fees to us) as follows:

1. Single occupancy for three nights from 26th May noon to 29th May noon

including Breakfast.

RM 850 or 285 US $ or INR 12700 for three nights

2. Double occupancy for three nights from 26th May noon to 29th May noon

including Breakfast.

RM 550 or 185 US $ or INR 8400 per person on share basis for three nights.

3. Three person occupancy for three nights from 26th May noon to 29th May

noon including Breakfast.

RM 500 or 170 US $ or INR 7700 per person on share basis for three nights.

4. Four person occupancy for three nights from 26th May noon to 29th May

noon including Breakfast.

RM 450 or 150 US $ or INR 6800 per person on share basis for three nights.

8. Delegates coming to Malaysia should have a valid passport and it should

not expire in year 2011. Please check date of expiry in your passport. One

should have valid visa- preferably multi-entry visa issued for a year while

entering into Malaysia.

9. Please provide all this information in following table and send this
