We cordially invite you to join us at the Faculty of Electronics & Telecommunications of the Technical University of Iasi, Romania on July 9-10, 2009, for the 9-th International Symposium on Signals, Circuits and Systems. ISSCS 2009 aims at bringing together scientists and researchers from academia and industry to present some of their latest ideas and results. The symposium is organized by: Faculty of Electronics & Telecommunications, Technical University Iasi in cooperation with: IEEE Romania Section & CAS Chapter IEEE CAS Society Prospective authors are invited to submit original papers in the following areas:Linear and Nonlinear Circuits & Systems Analog and Digital Signal Processing Circuits and Systems for Communications Image and Video Processing Computer Aided Design VLSI Circuits & Systems Power Electronic Circuits AUTHOR'S SCHEDULE: Proposals for special sessions p/>Submission of full paper (extended deadline)p/>Notification of acceptance p/>Submission of camera-ready version and registration form with signed copyright form November 17, 2008February 9, 2009April 6, 2009May 4, 2009Authors are expected to present their papers at the Symposium. At least one author of each accepted paper must register until May 4th, 2009 in order to have the paper included in the program and Proceedings. Only electronic Paper Submission will be accepted via Web at: http://scs.etc.tuiasi.ro/isscs2009
