ICSAP is an annual international forum for state-of-the-art research in Signal Acquisition and Processing. The first ICSAP 2009 was held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia during April. 3-5, 2009, and the second ICSAP 2010 was held in Bangalore, India during Feb. 9-10, 2010. Both conference proceedings of ICSAP 2009 and 2010 have been listed in IEEE Xplore already. (2009, 2010)2010 3rd International Conference on Signal Acquisition and Processing (ICSAP 2011) will be held in Singapore during Feb. 26-28, 2011. It is one of the leading international conferences for presenting novel and fundamental advances in the fields of Signal Acquisition and Processing. It also serves to foster communication among researchers and practitioners working in a wide variety of scientific areas with a common interest in improving Signal Acquisition and Processing related techniques.All submissions will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. Submissions will be chosen based on technical merit, interest, applicability, and how well they fit a coherent and balanced technical program.As usual, all registered papers of ICSAP 2011 will be published into conference proceedings by IEEE Press. The proceedings will be listed in IEEE Xplore, and indexed by the Thomson ISI and Ei Compendex.
