Chinese Control and Decision Conference (CCDC) is an annual international conference. The 2011 Chinese Control and Decision Conferen-ce (2011 CCDC) is the 23rd of the series and will be held in Mianyang, China in May 23-25, 2011 . Its purpose is to create a forum for scientists, engineers and practitioners throughout the world to present the latest advancement in Control, Decision, Automation, Robotics and Emerging Technologies. Mianyang, named the third most liveable city in China, is located in the northwest of Sichuan Province. It is noted for its beautiful scenery, long history, and deep cultural roots. Its major attractions include Wanglang National Nature Reserve which is the habitat for one eighth of the total giant pandas in Sichuan, Xiaozhaigou Nature Reserve, Yuanwang (Ape King) Cave and Doutuan Mountain. It neighbors Baima Tibetan Area in the southeast and is separated by a mountain with Jiuzhaigou.The Proceedings (Papers in English ) of 2011 CCDC will be indexed by ISTP and included in the IEEE Xplore database, as well as indexed by EI Compendex .The topics of the conference can be found in Call for Papers.Important Dates:Deadline for Full Paper Submission 15 October 2010 Notification of Acceptance 01 January 2011Deadline for Camera Ready Manuscript Submission 01 March 2011Deadline for Authors Registration 01 March 2011Paper Submission:Please submit full papers describing original work in detail by 15 October 2010.
